SiteClarity conducts a multi-phase approach to its installation and deployment process to ensure proper implementation timelines are met. Basic setups can take as little as 24 hours to start receiving reports. SiteClarity works with its clients to establish the best approach for deployment minimizing the impact on its clients' internal resources.

Implementation Phases (many of the phases are performed concurrently):

Discovery - Establish business goals and define initial reporting requirements.

Pre-Deployment - SiteClarity and client discuss tag deployment methodology, identify custom data points to be captured and develop project timeline.

Software Installation - Setup data collection and reporting servers. Create new DNS entry for First-Party data collection.

System Configuration - Create custom events and reports. Perform QA on software features, administration tools, and other processes.

Deployment - Assist with tag deployment, enable Tag Tester utility and check for tagging errors.

Report QA & Accuracy Checks - Check reports for data inconsistencies, perform logical equivalence testing and match collected data with external data sources.

Training - SiteClarity instructs users on how to use the software, its features and tools. SiteClarity also offer insight into how to read the reported information.
