| MATTHEW SEELEY,
PRESIDENT
As President, Matthew Seeley is responsible for managing all
areas of CheetahMail. By drawing on years of operations management
and new product development experience, Mr. Seeley has led
CheetahMail from its early beginnings to the global leader in online
marketing solutions. Mr. Seeley was instrumental in CheetahMail's
acquisition by Experian in March 2004 and in 2005 spearheaded the
efforts to expand CheetahMail's product portfolio though the acquisition
of Harvest Solutions, now SiteClarity, CheetahMail's highly advanced
web site analytics solution.
In his previous position at Venture Direct, Seeley was instrumental
in developing the Xactmail Network, a permission based email
marketing solution. Here, he was responsible for developing
relationships with web publishers and coordinating the integration
efforts of their email data into the Xactmail Network. In
addition, Mr. Seeley was responsible for building a top sales
force, while establishing strategic relationships with direct
mailers and interactive agencies.
As a noted industry expert, Mr. Seeley is a frequent speaker
at industry events, panel discussions and seminars, as well
as a highly regarded resource for media and industry publications.
Mr. Seeley graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Hofstra
University.
BRIAN MALONE, VICE PRESIDENT
Brian Malone brings a solid background to SiteClarity with
over 10 years experience in web site analytics, marketing and
development. As V.P. of Products, Mr. Malone manages the integrated
technologies used to track campaign success, measure user
activity, and optimize conversion.
Prior to CheetahMail's acquisition of Harvest solutions,
Mr. Malone served as CEO of Harvest Solutions, a web analytics
company focused on providing actionable customer insight for
leading companies like Clear Channel Communications, Sony
Pictures, UAL, and MGM Mirage. At Harvest, Mr. Malone was
responsible for the day-to-day operations including business
development and strategic direction. Previous to Harvest,
Mr. Malone worked at Zentropy Partners (NYSE: IPG) where he
led online marketing initiatives and strategic consulting
services for Zentropy's clients.
Mr. Malone graduated from the University of California, Santa
Barbara with a degree in Business Economics.
ANDREW LIENTZ, VICE PRESIDENT, TECHNOLOGY
Andrew Lientz brings extensive knowledge of application development
and enterprise data warehousing to CheetahMail. Mr. Lientz
is responsible for the data capture and reporting platform
as well as other core technologies.
Prior to joining CheetahMail, Andrew Lientz was the CTO for
Harvest Solutions, a web analytics company focused on providing
actionable customer insight. Mr. Lientz led the innovation
and development work of Harvest Solutions, creating a scalable
data architecture to meet the detailed reporting needs of
high-volume web sites such as Yahoo! Music and Clear Channel
Communication.
Previously, Mr. Lientz spent two years at Zentropy Partners,
managing all of the technical resources for the company. He
transitioned into the role of Chief Scientist, responsible
for leading the technical information architecture initiatives
for Zentropy clients, including projects for GM BuyPower,
Reebok, FOX TV, and Bugle Boy.
Andrew Lientz received a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
from University of California at Los Angeles, and a Bachelor's
Degree in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
VINCE BEESE, VICE PRESIDENT, SALES AND MARKETING
Mr. Beese brings a wealth of leadership and experience from
various roles in the interactive and service provider space.
In his current role of VP of Sales he is responsible for driving
the new business revenue channel for CheetahMail and SiteClarity. Mr. Beese has established
one of the most experienced and successful sales teams in
the industry today. Through Mr. Beese's guidance and leadership
CheetahMail has achieved unparallel revenue growth in the
industry today.
Prior to joining CheetahMail, Mr. Beese was a Regional Vice
President at Digital Impact where he was responsible for growing
new business revenue and managing existing client relationships.
Over the last 12 years Mr. Beese has held various leadership
positions at LivePerson, AT&T and Billboard Electronic Publishing
(division of VNU). Mr. Beese holds a BA in Communications at the
University of Maryland.
BEN ISAACSON, PRIVACY & COMPLIANCE LEADER
Mr. Isaacson currently serves as the Privacy & Compliance
Leader for SiteClarity, overseeing all interactive marketing
issues affecting CheetahMail and Experian's diverse client-base.
Since 1996, Mr. Isaacson has been an interactive industry
leader assisting in the global development of opportunities,
methodologies and best practices for the interactive marketing
industry.
Some of Mr. Isaacson's many accomplishments include coordinating
the efforts of AIM's Council for Responsible Email establishing
the first self regulatory guidelines for the email marketing
industry through their Six Resolutions for Responsible Emailers,
Best Practices for Email Append, Guidelines for Email Merge/Purge,
and integral assistance with the DMA's Online Commercial Solicitation
Guidelines. In the summer of 2001, Mr. Isaacson assisted the
interactive TV industry with their first self regulatory guidelines
through the creation of the Addressable Media Coalitions'
Guidelines for the Creation of ITV Privacy Policies. From
1998 to 2000, Mr. Isaacson, with AIM's lobbyists, effectively
represented the ecommerce industry from undue tax collection
burdens as AIM was appointed by Senator Trent Lott as a member
of the prestigious Advisory Commission on Electronic Commerce.
Mr. Isaacson has been a featured speaker at many industry
events, including the FTC Spam Forum (Best Practices Panel)
and has published articles in ClickZ, CBS Marketwatch, Imarketing
News and IndustryClick. |
